Returns

    • Clearance or final sale items.

    • We will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions on how to return the item.
    • Once the RA# is issued, the item must be returned within the 30-day window.

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.

Refunds
