Returns

- The product must be returned to us within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Non-returnable Items:
- Custom-made or specially ordered products.
- Products damaged through misuse, neglect, or improper care.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@hadronsea.com with your order number and reason for the return within 7 days of receiving the product.
- We will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions on how to return the item.
- Once the RA# is issued, the item must be returned within the 30-day window.
- Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
Refunds
